  • 1 Mission Carb Balance Tortilla or Santa Fe Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 packages stevia
  • ½ ground cinnamon
  • Nonstick spray


  1. Heat pan on medium heat, spray with nonstick spray
  2. Add tortilla and cook for 1 minute and then flip and cook the other side for an additional minute.
  3. Sprinkle the tortilla with stevia, cinnamon and vanilla protein powder and then place the banana on the edge of the tortilla and roll the banana in the tortilla
  4. Spray the tortilla and continue to brown the roll for about 20 seconds.
