  • 1 scoop (30g) Whey or pea protein powder
  • 1/3 cup Rolled oats
1/4 cup Pumpkin
1/2 cup Egg Whites
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Spray a medium-sized skillet with nonstick spray, then place on medium heat.
  3. Pour in batter to desired pancake size. Once you see tiny bubbles appear on the top of the pancake, flip
