Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Dill weed (0.50 grams)

- 112 grams Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
- 1 pepper Orange Bell Pepper (100 grams)
- 1/2 cup Rice Basmati (45 grams)

Directions
Based on a serving of 1
- Cut stem off bell pepper and take out seeds
- Cook turkey and rice and combine with chopped onions, dill, crushed tomatoes and salt & pepper to taste. Stuff into pepper and cook in oven for 20 mins.
