Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Dill weed (0.50 grams)
  • 1 dash Salt (0.40 grams)
  • 1 dash Pepper (0.10 grams)
  • 1 stalk Onions (12 grams)
  • 112 grams Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
  • 1 pepper Orange Bell Pepper (100 grams)
  • 1/2 cup Rice Basmati (45 grams)
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes (120 grams) 

Directions

Based on a serving of 1

  1. Cut stem off bell pepper and take out seeds
  2. Cook turkey and rice and combine with chopped onions, dill, crushed tomatoes and salt & pepper to taste. Stuff into pepper and cook in oven for 20 mins.
